Working here has been an incredibly positive experience. The leadership team is approachable, supportive, and genuinely invested in helping employees succeed. There is a strong focus on teamwork, professional development, and creating a culture where everyone feels valued. The company encourages collaboration, and celebrates wins The pace is exciting, and there is always something new to learn. Team members are empowered to make an impact, and hard work is recognized and appreciated. It’s rewarding to be part of an organization that cares about its people while staying focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Cons

Like any retail environment, there are busy seasons and high expectations, but the support from leadership and the team makes those times manageable.

Pros

Learning how to build resilience while working with toxic management and unprofessional VP

Cons

If you’re considering working at Robbins Brothers, it’s important to understand that the role is not fully transparent during the hiring process. The company operates on a tier system, but many locations lack sufficient traffic and sales opportunities to realistically maintain those tiers. Employees work long shifts with high expectations and constant micromanagement from both the VP and store managers, while earning a base pay of $16/hour. Additionally, commission is not earned unless sales exceed $48,500—a detail that is not clearly communicated upfront. The location I worked at was overstaffed and managed by untrained leadership, resulting in a toxic and unhealthy work environment.
