Pros

People seemed nice but truthfully not a whole lot else was very positive. They did provide a phone and supplies.

Cons

Just not a real sales organization. They seem so desperate for every dollar. Little to no training. Unprofessional atmosphere. I only stayed a very short time as it felt they could shut the doors any second.

Pros

I wish I had some to make up for the unprofessionalism that I experienced during my very short tenure here.

Cons

I worked with Robbins media group for ONLY 4 days. I received no training on how to become an effective salesperson for their company. Their vice president Blake only did training over the phone on my first day, and after that it's all on you. They let me go, because I didn't hit my "numbers" during my first FOUR days of being with them. How am I supposed to become an effective B2B sales for your company if I received zero training and coaching? They do not have a effective sales strategy and sales process. It's literally you reading a script and the business you're supposed to be selling simply hangs up on you. They say the sales process works, but it's a joke. This company honestly gives up on their employees if they don't make sales in 2 days with ZERO training. Oh by the way, before they let me go, my manager, Ben, encouraged me to quit my job instead of taking the time to develop my skills that is needed to preform the job. This was completely unprofessional and uncalled for as a manager. Managers are there to encourage, train, and oversee the success of their employees. Ben gave up on me before I even stepped foot in the door, and decided to disrespect me as an employee by telling me to quit. This company was a waste of time. You're better off looking somewhere else. If you enjoy cold calling businesses and being tossed into the wolves, then RMG is the best place for you.
