Pros

Free food, benefits are not deducted from your paycheck (if you’re single).

Cons

Can’t trust upper management, poor PTO accrual, lack of direction, concerned more with profit than people. They will restructure and lay off staff with no support (no severance, PTO cash out) outward appearance may be fair and helpful but truly they don’t care about staff nor clients beyond their financial benefit. No real room for growth or promotion.

Pros

Can be Rewarding especially if your in recovery Free Meals During Your Shift Flexible Clean

Cons

Leadership is very incompetent and scattered brained, doesn’t know how to communicate with staff or clients in stressful situations. “Use Your Best Judgement” seems to be the company slogan. You’re told in orientation anything over 80 hours will be overtime. That is not true the pay period and semi-Monthly pay scale is set up making it “On paper” almost impossible to get overtime pay.
