Pros
Initially was a great experience. Upper management was very collaborative and supportive. There was room for growth when the company was still growing.
Cons
It has become a terrible work environment. Extremely unrealistic expectations and goals with absolutely no support. There is no longer any collaboration and if any feedback is given its met with defensiveness. There is no real training and development for any level of employee. There is no clear path for advancement and no real succession planning.
