      Pros

      Team members are friendly and help out whenever needed. Everyone is allowed to share their views in design discussions. Managers are chilled out . No micro management. Also we get to experience cutting edge cloud native tech stack. Ample learning opportunities

      Have been working here for a few months now- Very experienced and hard working group of senior management. Get opportunities to directly collaborate with industrial experts in respective domain.

      Cons

      Being a multinational startup, time zone does become a barrier. But Robin is doing a great work in managing this con too.
