Pros

The only “pros” I can think off is that the hourly pay is decent, and it’s a good way of getting work experience in the aviation field.

Cons

This place is ran like a sweatshop. There is no employee appreciation and they micromanage. Robinson also has a history of mass lay offs. I got laid off along with several other workers. A lot of their job positions don’t require any experience, and you get on the job training. However, the job duties are repetitive and boring. Not a good atmosphere to work under.

Get your foot in the door to aviation

Cons

No free lunch you'll be forced to eat under your work bench as they provide no time to eat. You'll be ripped of pay as they love rounding to the nearest dollar.

-Chill work environment -overtime -small raise every 6 months -guaranteed a job aslong as you show up to work everyday -"ok" medical, eye, and dental insurance -The vacation time you earn by working can be used almost anytime you want with no consequences

Cons

-cultivates lazy workers -management is lacking -little to no recognition for hard work -near impossible to move up if you started at the bottom
