Pros
At Structural Foam had an overall good experience as I had enough time to listen to podcasts or read books that helped me grow personally, and thus become the best employee I could be. The 2nd shift supervisor was relatively easy to work with.
Cons
I worked here for 15 years, here's my assessment: A lot of the time the 2nd shift supervisor's hands were tied and he was constantly in a place of fear for his job. This created an atmosphere non conducive to creative and effective solutions. BIG "we've always done it this way" attitude in the upper management. a whole lot of authority with precious little to NO leadership whatsoever.
