No job security.

Pros

In general, the people were nice and easy to get along with.

Cons

There is absolutely no job security at this place. Most of the people who worked there were fired after only a few months. There were about five or six people in a row who all filled the same role and position, and they were all fired or walked out in disgust. The pay is rock-bottom minimal, with most people making around $11-$12 an hour. Management can be very condescending, expecting people to be able to second-guess or predict what they want to be done. Some of the people who were not fired just walked out in disgust after the way they were treated.

Robintek is a small family business in operation for over 15 years. We rarely fire people and do so only after repeated verbal and written warnings. Since the company's inception, only one person has ever "walked out". It's unfortunate this former employee chose to make these completely false and unwarranted statements about our company. We value our employees and work hard to provide a challenging and rewarding work environment. We're saddened this person felt it necessary to review us so harshly, but nonetheless we wish him the best in his future endeavors.

Horrible Place to work

Pros

Nothing about this place qualifies as pro.

Cons

Worst company to work for, they are a small shop that do static work for the most part and think they are Web Developers. Run away, they will test you for 30 days with no guarantee. On the 30th day they will call you and say bye bye. You did not meet, the team decided “YOU SUCK”. What I don’t understand is why do you over hire and then fire the bad one? Take your time and hire the best?
