Lots of fun if you like outdoor pursuits and working with kids Great support- very flexible Never the same shift, always new challenges to get stuck into

Cons

Better wages as employees have a lot of responsibility and strict time limits. Salary does not reflect this. Too much pressure to look good via feedback number system
