Pros
The office is nice and well-equipped. We have small rooms rather than a crowded open space, which I really like. My colleagues are friendly, helpful, and reliable—it makes coming to work enjoyable. We get snacks, drinks, fruits, and even free lunches, which is a nice bonus. Every now and then there are little perks like clothes or beach gear. The company also offers Greek and English lessons, participates in charity activities like park cleanups or dog shelter walks, and organizes fun corporate events. I like that management notices issues and tries to improve things.
Cons
Communication could be smoother at times, and managers don’t always have full visibility into what employees are working on. Also, the parking lot is a short walk from the office (about 5–7 minutes), which can be a bit inconvenient.
