      Pros

      We welcome all entry and exp level employees. We try to make place work wonderful who ever joins us.

      Cons

      Nothing as such found but yes we would appreciate if any of our ex or present employee drops suggestion. We will try and work towards making place a nice and warm place to work and grow.

      Pros

      Good learning opportunity for the freshers, Good salary hike percentage, friendly working environment, very less work pressure, salary is done from time to time. If you are interested in robotics this company can be your future maker.

      Cons

      Starting salary is very less, for R&D traveling sometimes become too hectic maybe for a month or while you have to stay out of Mumbai, but for traveling freaks you may enjoy.

      So many thing to learns,friendly nature or environment,you can learn limitless thing from your senior.best performer is always appreciated with good incentive.You can Share your Ideas directly with senior or higher management if it is constructive they will surely execute your ideas and appreciate also..I think this is best for all the engineer to start there carrier.

      No major cons,If they find any then they always ready to rectified that!!!
