Inadequate Incentives: The incentive structure seems to be set in a way that makes it very difficult to achieve targets consistently each month. This can be frustrating, especially when the effort put in doesn’t align with the rewards. Unsupportive Leave Policy: The company does not appear to accommodate employees' personal needs effectively. Even in cases of medical emergencies, leaves are often not granted or considered. The management is partial and does not support the employees unless you are in their chosen favourites. Toxic Leadership: The team leadership, unfortunately, contributes to a negative work atmosphere. There have been instances where the team lead has used inappropriate language and resorted to threats, such as asking team members to resign if they fail to meet targets. Such behavior creates an uncomfortable and hostile environment for the team.
