Pros
Great part of company is "It always keep People First". In this company everyone (from top management to fresher) works on business intelligence R&D. Another best part is there is no Boss kind of person, all are at the same level. They make sure to take collective suggestions before taking any long term decision. They always appreciate people.
Cons
You have to know (work on) every bit and piece of software engineering. It can be termed as good, however sometime you feel overloaded.
