Pros
- Mature Leadership - Great Coworkers, very teamwork oriented and low ego - Amazing customer list - Lots of "junior" engineers operate more like senior engineers - For the most part, good at trimming the fat
Cons
- Have lost some good co workers, mostly to smaller start ups - Some weird policies about CEO approval for WFH / OOO. Not strictly enforced, mostly in place because of some people who abuse policies and don't contribute a lot - Some people don't pull their weight for their level
