      Pros

      The folks I work with are very nice people to work with. The atmosphere is professional and there is air about my work environment that makes it pleasant to come to work each day. There is also a high amount of empathy for the employees. I have seen many improvements over the years and I am glad I have chosen to keep working at Rochester Midland.

      Cons

      As with any company there is room for improvement, however, any perceived cons of working for Rochester Midland often outweigh the pros. In my opinion the company has attributes that shift in the positive direction. Those with a positive attitude learn to work through the challenges. The company does its best to make improvements.

      Very competitive salaries Overall good people throughout the organization Work/home balance is very fair Bottom line comes first

      Cons

      Very little organized training Set in their ways, not willing to think outside the box Bottom line comes first, not the family first mantra it tries to portray
