Pros

The atmosphere is fun to work in and it’s fast pase so your never just standing around.

Cons

They pick favorites so there is no guarantee you will get good sections/shifts no matter how long you work there. Bar and banquet shifts are impossible to get.

Pros

Great food, great service, and constantly busy. Great training program. Good pay and decent benefits. Both FOH and BOH were a lot of fun to work with.

Cons

Working 70 plus hours a week. Its one thing to fill in for a position in the Heart of House, its another to have work an position for an entire shift while also completing all of your normal managerial duties.

Good pay for being a host. health insurance. Some of the servers where amazing and I still keep on touch with.

Cons

Drama, drama, drama. I was verbally attacked more than once, and I was punished for defending myself. I was almost physically attacked by an employee, if it where not for a supervisor and a MGR holding the other employee back, and I was the one sent home. The other employee only got a "counseling session". I was not trained correctly for the first 4 months I was there.
