      Jobs are interesting, pay and benefits are pretty good

      Staff are difficult to work with and management enjoys playing workers against each other.

      Management won't listen at YSC

      Pros

      Competitive benefits and pay, interesting job, that's about it. Youth are ok to work with.

      Cons

      Management pits employees against each other. Tons of favoritism, if your not on that list you are not welcome by staff or management.
