Pros
Working with Rock Realty is SO affordable! They have allowed me to work on my time, my way, without losing out! They keep costs reasonable and always think about their Realtors! There is a great community feeling within Rock Realty; I've never felt more encouragement and support from a group of people before. Working at Rock Realty is also fun--we plan ways to get together and have great incentives/goals with prizes to work towards! When it comes to leads, they have an amazing system to help their agents continue getting the results they want! Rock Realty is the best decision I've ever made, and I am so thankful I found them.
Cons
I live pretty far from the office, so I wish we had another location to physically connect at, but that's it! They are great at virtual meetings, so it isn't an actual problem for me. We have been growing at a steady rate, so odds are, we'll have another location in the future, too!
