Started with the company from the beginning, great energetic startup vibes. Cool, diverse team throughout my time; creative and fun place to be.
Cons
Took way too long to invest in a table tennis table.

Some employees are great people, the office building itself was very nice.
Cons
A company with a motivated and friendly image from the outside- I was promised a lot, but actually once I started working there, I realised that the management are very tight with money and will work you as hard as they possibly can for no overtime pay or bonus. In the time I worked there, I had zero pay-rises, despite staying very late multiple evenings every week. After I while I realised that the management had a general lack of interest and that the only 'value' they really had was that they happened to know a lot of people. After my second review and given a pitiful percent increase in pay after a lot of hard work, I decided to jump ship and so glad I did, as my pay jumped up by 50% when I moved!
