      Good level of training but don't expect to get paid

      Good training content, knowledgable trainers

      Cons

      Very poorly organised, unpaid training and unpaid while you're not on deployment with them. Very little effort to get consultants off the bench Not enough partners to have every trained consultant working on a job all the time. Often force you into roles that you're not suited for or not interested in.

      The only pro is data coaches

      Cons

      Where do I even start : They have sold their office as they barely have any clients left . Can’t treat graduates correctly and firing them because they don’t know how to speak to clients. Disappointing in the end.
