Great Culture

Pros

When I worked at Rocketrip, they worked hard to create a welcoming culture to everyone there. All employees were encouraged to collaborate between departments and shadow other staff to increase knowledge company wide.

Cons

COVID really slowed down business for us and the company had to downsize to accommodate. I'm not sure how they are doing now, but I hope it's doing well.

- Great coworkers - Location was OK - Product was cool

Cons

- People team/HR was toxic and cliquey - Consistently hired than laid off people - Management/leadership was inexperienced - HR leader was not well versed with DEI and enabled racist/sexist/homophobic traits in the office
