Husband and wife owners. Lots of nepotism. The left hand does not know what the right hand is doing and they will change your job title multiple times and have you doing a job that you were not hired for. They laid off multiple skilled and lnsurance licensed workers only to hire high school buddies and more cousins who are not licensed and have never worked in insurance? I would not recommend working here.

Family run company with people on the payroll that do not contribute to growth. Lots of infighting and political maneuvering by them. Lots of dead weight at the top. Change for the sake of change and not improvement.
