Poor management and micromanagement leading to burnout

Very clean and well organized wharehouse.

Cons

These are just my opinions and not stated facts. A lot of micromanaging goes on to the point that it's annoying. People don't work well together at the main distribution center. There are some nice people who work there, but far more annoying ones than good ones. Like others have said in their reviews, they don't care if something comes up in your personal life and you need to miss a day — you’re still going to get a point. They want you to be flexible and work overtime when needed, but they aren't willing to do the same. Overall, it's just bad management and a burnout job that will get you nowhere.

Great coworkers. Flexible with time off and working from home.

Cons

Family-owned so owner’s daughter allowed to make large-scale decisions despite lack of knowledge or experience. High-stress workplace. Lack of communication between departments. Frequent layoffs. People highly promoted in-house to departments they don’t belong (e.g., people in warehouse moved to IT, from customer service to accounting). Leadership backstab each other to get ahead.

Interesting projects get to help with. Often nice people working with. Pay raises albeit small.

Cons

Revolving door of part time workers, difficult to manage. Increasingly strict corporate guidelines, non conducive to building strong customer base.
