The worst management system I have ever experienced. The Japanese model in this situation is to put a thug in charge who enjoys berating people, embarrassing them in front of their peers and who's main motivation is to make himself look good. Leadership also smokes in company vehicles regardless of non smoking passengers which is in violation of "company policy".

Management doesn't care about employees. Cliques. If you kiss mgt butt you might get away with more. High turnover/revolving door. Work their employees like a sweat shop. No parties or appreciation for employees. Don't care at all about family life. Horrible health insurance. Management lies to customers then lets the employees deal with fall out when customer catches company in lies. Can't pay plant employees enough wages to hire more workers and retain all workers but spends million on building face lift on outside of building and builds guard shack that nobody occupies.
