      -Interesting projects and clients -Do a lot, Learn a lot, grow a lot -Great coworkers and bosses -Good company culture -Honestly, nothing but positives

      Cons

      -Consultancy means you wear many hats at the same time, means lots of responsibilities and different things to do everyday. Can be high stress at times, but this is typical of consultancies
