Pros

The people there are cool. Some are super immature. Super frequent use of profanity. They make you feel like you’re at home.

Cons

Everything is commissioned. If you work 1 week (10 hours each day), and don’t make a sale then you’re basically advertising for free. If you miss a day of training, they will keep your training pay. They dont even let you know it’s door to door until they’ve already hired you.

Pros

You meet some great people who are down on their luck and have no other choice but to slave away for management to take home the real money :( it is really a shame how they treat people there.

Cons

In the first two interviews that were strangely vague about the day to day responsibilities of their workers. They completely lie to you until the last interview where they've pretty much got you by the balls. The employees HAVE to wear business attire for show so that those waiting to interview for the position don't realize we had to put on a t shirt and khakis to go out and sell for 6 hours a day..... Not for anyone looking for a real job. They work you like a slave for 10 hours, 6 days a week. Then make you feel like you are the loser when you get tired of their schemes when in reality they overwork employees because it costs nothing for them to keep hiring new people. No work life balance. You'll live to work for them. They want employees to start at 10am (they lie in the interview and say its 11) and hold employees in the office until 9:30pm. NO SALARY OR BENEFITS- STAY AWAY

Door-to-Door Pyramid Scheme

Anonymous employee

Pros

If you like going door-to-door trying to sell people things and getting pulled over by the cops for solicitation, this job is for you.

Cons

Door-to-door pyramid scheme. The only money you earn is from commission. “Upper management” focuses your attention on how much money you can make once you own your own branch and how much residual income you make once you own multiple branches. You are required to be there a minimum of 10 hours a day, 6 days a week. Most of this time is spent at the office where no money can be earned since you only earn money through commissions. People in the neighborhoods you solicit in call the police on you for soliciting. Once you make it out of “orientation”, you have to pay for your own solicitation permits. These permits have to be obtained in every township you plan on soliciting in and can be quite expensive. You are exposed to ALL the elements of the outdoors.
