      Management really cares about employees, everyone is dedicated to quality, perks were great.

      Could pay more. London is expensive, and cost of living kept rising due to geopolitical events.

      Being under WB has its flaws, as they ultimately make decisions which often aren't the best for the studio.

      Pros

      You get to work with some very talented people (the ones who remained after the Hundred Stars resignation and ones who weren't canned) A lot of food - you will be fed well Very diverse group of nice people, for the most part

      Cons

      Some bizarre staff who don't like 'woke' culture despite working in a studio that prides itself on it's inclusive nature and is diverse - these guys need to read the room and move on A shadow of it's former self - so many of the people that made "rocksteady" left in droves
