- Great teams, supportive, staff that genuinely care about their peers and customers. - Clear expectations from management - autonomy to do your job, schedule your on diary and manage your workload - lots of opportunity for internal trainings and access to funding for external PD. -Opportunity to progress career within the company

Cons

- autonomy to do your job but still expected to work to your KPI's - new system has helped but some processes are just long - NDIS processes and funding can be frustrating for customers and staff
