Expectations are unreachable and overwhelming. Office admin cares more about their image than the kids. Will not hire from within for new postiins, employment is very subjective and appears to have favoritism and anterior goals. People are hired who don't belong in that position and have no expierence. Intentions are unclear and teachers are not held in high regard.
