      Pros

      The experience of working in criminal justice so that you can move into a better position with the City or State.

      Cons

      Terrible pay and the management is only concerned about getting the "client" in so they can collect the monthly probation visit fee. Its all about the company making money. Some probation cases expired without proper review.

      -Great exposure to the criminal justice system -Work with a variety of people and gain positive communication skills -Getting to know clients

      Cons

      -Management that talks down to you and constantly points out flaws rather than recognizing successes -Very high caseload (200+) -Not always being able to be there for your clients when they need you because paperwork is more important
