Pros

None -High Turn over -Useless Store Procedures -Useless Management -Will get rid off you instantly -You are just a number to them, all that matters is KPI figures -No Training -Unable to take breaks -Survival of the fittest i.e Favouritism not hard work = success.

Cons

-Capitalism at its finest -No concept of loyalty -Even if you work hard and do your best you are replaceable to save face -Minimum wage and maximum work -Unpaid overtime -No benefits -Will work you like a black slave in America

Pros

50% off clothes and 30% off leather goods. High quality clothes.

Cons

Everything else. The worst paying job in retail. Budgets too high. They need to halve the budgets and then it might be achievable. The company is too top heavy. No need for so many area and state managers.
