      Pros

      The people are great, everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Everyone works so hard and comes together to put the event on wonderfully.

      Cons

      Sometimes there were some miscommunications every now and then which made things a little more difficult than they should have been.

      Pros

      The people at Rodeo Austin are the best part about the job. Employees, volunteers, and board members make it a fun place to work.

      Cons

      Crazy schedule January until the end of March. It's an event business, so that comes with the territory. Management tends to want to hold onto all decision making power, so you have little to no influence.
