      - Strong ethics and experience - Since being bought out more employee friendly opportunities are arising

      Cons

      - hard to move up past a level 3 position, positions higher than a superintendent or Project manager are gate kept by politics and the "in-crowd" -Hard work life balance - Gas lit for thinking you deserve more

      Pros

      Good team culture if you like the we are family culture and use of advanced construction technologies.

      Cons

      Though called the Raleigh office a majority of their backlog and work is outside the Triangle. Rodgers will reimburse mileage if you are okay commuting, Also bonuses are small compared to their competitors with comparable base salaries.
