Outdated mentalities Upper management doesn’t care about advancing the company just gathering their paycheck and going home No safety standards in manufacturing Older than dirt racist staff. Dishonest manipulative upper management Crappy expensive benefits No 401K matching No reviews No raises No team building Don’t work here. They are going under. They don’t pay their bills, constantly vendors show up at the door demanding payment for services provided. The owner lies and scams people on out going orders and on paying the bills. Lies and says production is behind on orders yet just wants to collect the deposit and not pay to produce product. Several current lawsuits against the company and owner. Don’t even bother! Don’t work here and don’t do business with this company! Worst company to work for ever!!
