Very stable job, relaxed environment, tons of parties, opportunities for travel. You can make friends here. The company is also doing very well financially and has been doing so for years, even through the recession.
Cons
Pay increases are lacking, little room for growth. People get too comfortable here and there is little upwards movement for a career.
