Rodney Hunt suffers from poor safety practices and unresponsive leadership. During my time there, I witnessed frequent injuries with no corrective actions or training provided to prevent future incidents. Machine guards were often missing, and employees weren’t properly trained on heavy equipment like forklifts and cranes. Despite raising these issues, management failed to act, even after an OSHA complaint. HR also ignored significant concerns, such as issues with PTO and 401k contributions, leaving employees feeling neglected. The lack of safety standards, employee support, and leadership accountability makes this a difficult and unsafe place to work.
