You get to be around lots of cars, fast paced, good coworkers
Cons
No promotions, no commission, no raise, always given a talking to when asking for time off (Never a good time to have a vacation), Lots of lies, shady things behind the scene, HR violations everyday, Patriarch style of managing.
Always good people are a plus and Roger Beasley has its share of dedicated employees. Good Sales and Customer engaging relations for the most part.
Cons
There are definitely some tough people to work with in high management positions
It never feels like they are in touch with the Sales teams and employees. This may be typical in most organizations like this. I have worked worse places. They definately do not promote a diverse demographic of employees. More car dealerships could catch on to this idea at some point
Diversity may be a problem in most car dealerships to be fair.
can be lucrative but you won't have time to enjoy your life
Cons
ridiculous hours, they make you jump through lots of hoops to get your bonus because they don't want to pay it out to you, no time off/expected to work on your off days.
