Pros

The only good thing was that it was local

Cons

Rogers gray will make false earning potential promises to get you in the door and set unattainable goals. The only reason the place was voted ‘best place to work’ is because they literally send the voting link and ask all of the employees to vote that way.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts; we are sorry that you are left feeling that way. Your message is tough to "hear," and we would be happy to chat offline to understand specifics regarding what led you to have a less than positive experience with us. We would value that conversation; please reach out to HR to discuss at any time.

We are sorry to hear you left us feeling this way. We appreciate that you took time to offer some feedback. Similar to other employers, we seek to retain and grow our teams to our best ability. We are excited to have the individual contributors and leaders that we do have onboard and can't wait to see where our continued growth takes us. Thanks again, be well.

We know it is tough when people leave, we feel it too. We work hard to retain our employees and managers and sometimes it just doesn't work out for a variety of reasons. We continue to keep a close eye on all turnover, as any good employer does, and work towards hiring and retaining the best people. All that being said, we feel good about our Leadership Team (managers) and support their efforts. Thank you for your feedback. Be well.
