Pros

Saying you work somewhere cool, close to Lardo Sandwiches, free parking, discount on beer and merchandise.

Cons

Hostile work environment built on a culture of intimidation and faux camaraderie, complete disregard for labor laws, no HR department, no recourse for employees who are harassed, an executive team that gets off on humiliating and firing employees, unpaid suspensions if you don't wear a tiki shirt on Tuesdays (p.s. you'll have to buy your own tiki shirt), having to front the money for your own pre-employment drug test (turnover is so high they don't want to incur that big of a loss), frat house-style Racquet Club office with no AC, and a little good old garden-variety sexual harassment for good measure.

Pros

Rogue is a good brand and make some top quality craft beers. Many of the people that work at Rogue are hardworking, nice people.

Cons

Terrible management from the senior management of the company. They offer zero motivation to work hard - except by using fear of losing your job. Not a great way to lead - but they don't care and are proud of this style.

Pros

Free beer, fun events, and free beer. You go into Rogue feeling good about working for a company with killer craft beers. You get to meet a few good people as well.

Cons

Little to no respect given, stupid rules, and ZERO job security. People are fired for no good reason at all after they have worked there for 10 years.
