      There are no pros about the health center.

      Cons

      Scheduler is incompetent in her job and makes everyone find own coverage. She bullies team members constantly and starts much of the high school drama going on here. Pay isn’t worth the constant gossiping and unappreciative management

      Residents and management invest in those who invest in them - lots of educational and professional growth opportunities and tuition assistance. One-of-a-kind paid CNA and CMA training program. Great medical benefits, 401K, investment, and PTO programs. Flexible scheduling (for the most part, there has to be balance). Pay is reviewed yearly to remain competitive. Plenty of options if one role isn't the right fit, you can switch departments and try something else. Administration is present and open to feedback. HR investigates complaints thoroughly. Resident generously donate to yearly Christmas gift checks, tuition programs, and other relief aids for staff. Good interdepartmental collaboration.

      Cons

      New system changes, policy changes, and other updates could be communicated more timely and appropriately for leadership and staff. The start of the quarterly all-staff meetings is helpful. Training for new managers and middle-management is vital! It is getting better but could still use some improvement. Set people up for success instead of "figure it out as you go" type of training.
