      Some good people working in R&D

      Typical Lala type company... so many years 3% increment to all... Only if you are important and can hold them for ransom then, you can get @ 7 -8 % increment. incompetent people since long working by keeping 'LALA' happy.... No policies, HR, system, Ethics of business....
