Pros
Its a job. Not necessarily a good job.
Cons
As stated in other reviews the company is not honest nor do they treat their employees well. Undermanned and overworked. Its all about money and quantity. Unfortunately quality and integrity are not priorities. Part of that is fault of customer as tail wags the dog @ NASA JSC MSCL. Ironic reasoning for contract award. Office/Personal politics is ugly. Benefits are poor.

Honest people, they care for their employees.
Cons
Small business contracting isn't for everyone. Nothing glaring, they always tried to fix problems.
