      Pros

      Being here as a full time junior software engineer, I have noticed an immense growth in technical as well as conversational skills. The exposure I have got at Roima is exceptional, it involves working with European customers and products. Being a product based company, I see a lot of clean code, much better learning from senior developers. Apart from all this Roima actively organizes, various fun activities, and yearly trips. The office work space is also clean, well occupied with every thing.

      You will learn a lot, while still having flexibility and autonomy Everyone is nice and respectful, everyone is there to do their best, no slackers that bring the team down Positive atmosphere, could not stress that enough! Transparency, which I value very much in a corporate environment.
