The managers don’t know how to do their jobs or are unwilling. There a complete lack of leadership. The other employees will step on your toes every chance they get. It is an extremely hostile environment and there’s not one single employee that’s happy to be there. You are berated and shut down constantly and rarely recognized for the good work you do. Training here is a joke, and rules are subject to change with or without your knowledge. Music is too loud to hear the customers and the turn over rate for the tables is only 1 1/2 hours and they want those tables flipped FAST. Can’t explain how many times I’ve came to a manager with a concern and the ignored me and turned around and walked off as I was speaking.

They are definitely gonna use you.
