Pros
- Full time hours available/ flexible if needing part time and seasonal work (work life balance) - opportunity of promotion within the company - support from management if you are interested in a vacancy working in a different department - if you take interest in working in a different retail store, location transfer is available - enjoyed the teams and individuals I worked with, mainly creatives who had their own passions in and outside of the company - great vintage clothing!! Discounts and clothing allowances
Cons
Requires working in a team, can be laborious and is a production line atmosphere. No day is the same though and the pros out way the cons.
