      A Great Company to Learn.

      Pros

      1. The biggest pro will be that you will learn quite a lot of things in a very short duration. 2. Peers are very friendly and supportive. 3. You are literally surrounded by serious and dedicated people all around you. 4. If you are a fresher think no more join this company with your eyes shut. 5. Located in the heart of the Bangalore. 6. The best management I've come across in my experience with start ups.

      Cons

      1. The work pressure is a bit too much by today's standards. 2. The work environment is similar to a classroom with a strict head master. 3. The timings are not clear, sometimes you might have to work for about 12-13 hours. 4. If you are in a project then, Saturdays and Sundays are not standard leaves ( 90% of the times ).

      Pros

      Started as a fresher with Tech-Active and worked here for 18 months. Definitely one of the best companies to start your career with. You get a lot of learning and experience which you dont find even in big companies at start of career. I recommend all freshers and developers with less than 2 years of experience to not miss an opportunity incase you get a job here and spend 12-18 months with the company. All peers are motivated and good place to gain a lot of knowledge.

      Work is stressful and back to back projects. Working on saturdays

      You will get lot of things to learn.

      Cons

      No free time. Strict management. Seniors(Leads) don't behave properly with employees. High work pressure. No fun activities. No hike. They can terminate you anytime without valid reason.
