Pros

Work-Life balance is fantastic. Encouraged to leave on time and to take full breaks. Supportive of time when personal matters occur. When under stress, team will all reach out and assist where possible. Great cross-team communications and shared wealth of knowledge.

Cons

Can't stay at work late (not the biggest issue). Resources within the company can feel a bit lacking.

Pros

I've been with Roland DG Australia for over a year now, and it's truly one of the best places I've ever worked. The work-life balance here is incredible; management really respects personal time and encourages us to take care of ourselves, which is a refreshing change from other places I've worked. The team is extremely supportive, and there’s a genuine sense of camaraderie and teamwork. Whether it’s tackling a challenging project or celebrating a win, everyone’s there to help and uplift each other. The company culture is friendly, inclusive, and interactive—there are always opportunities to connect with colleagues through fun events and initiatives. Leadership is approachable and open to feedback, which makes you feel valued and heard. Overall, the company is a fantastic place to grow your career while still maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Highly recommended!

Cons

The salary and benefits package might not be as high as in more demanding or fast-paced environments.
