Pros

Work life balance was decent. They tried to make events.

Cons

Very clique. Managers didn't particularly care about growth. Very status quo. Either you're friends with them or you get left out.

Pros

Hybrid Schedule Food events Inside knowledge about Food Unlimited PTO (tho they suggested a limit

Cons

Compensation system sucks, pays little to the amount of work Very little upward mobility; no direction about movement Management mindset is simply old, used to know how to navigate in the old food service world; but knows so little about new tech and trending media, thus lagging behind Always about cost saving but not truly saving the cost; like give you really bad computers, yet you are forced to change it multiple times thus not saving money Benefits are lacking, like HR are choosing really bad systems; for example your 401k after leaving would transfer to the IRA accounts called Inspire which means impossible to recover your savings as they couldn't even send a text to your phone number Company holiday is really limited: 8 holidays Diversity is worsening as you see more white males are in the C level and ofc only women is HR head
