Pros

Can not think of any pro's regarding compensation. At times people were friendly that does not pay the bills

Cons

Work for free. Basically, you work half a month for free. Like a donation to the company. Owners love free workers. Mangement expects you to perform a multilayer of tasks for free. I did not know this position, so I tried it out. So, you are a glorified parts specialist at best. You are also a delivery person. A lot of times you are not getting paid. Very low base. I would not try it again

Pros

Construction, agriculture, and the mining industries.

Cons

Favoritism, nepotism, pretty much if you are not "in" with management inner circle, you are a nobody. Communication is a paradox in their reality.
