Pros

Everyone was pretty nice. There was never any yelling or people breathing down your neck. Seems like they have a strong community (probably because they are all friends/family).

Cons

A lot of the time, I found myself distracted from all the constant conversations that were being had. They make you train in the warehouse for two weeks before taking on the project manager role inside the office (to get an idea of how everything is ran). They made it seem like I was going to shadow but I was quickly put to work back there because they were understaffed. Because of all the overhead movements, I tweaked my shoulder and I’ve had the pinched nerve ever since (2 years now).

Pros

Independent work Paid driving Fun atmosphere among coworkers

Cons

Management plays favorites. HR does not serve the employee. HR will terminate you without cause.
